1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a member or placing any order allocation on Glahab Import Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this platform.
2. Nature of the Service
Glahab Import Hub is a wholesale volume procurement facilitation platform. We aggregate demand from registered members to secure factory-direct wholesale pricing from verified international manufacturers. We are not a traditional retail store; we facilitate group wholesale allocations and coordinate logistics to local Nigerian distribution hubs on behalf of members.
3. Membership & Eligibility
Membership is free and open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are residents of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your unique Member Code, which serves as your authentication credential. You accept full responsibility for all activities carried out under your Member Code.
4. Order Allocations & Payments
Securing a unit allocation on this platform constitutes a binding purchase order for the specified item. Payments are processed securely through our integrated payment partner. Your payment confirms your allocation within the active batch. Unit allocations are subject to availability and factory fulfillment capabilities.
5. Delivery & Distribution
Glahab Import Hub coordinates the logistics of shipping goods from the manufacturer to local distribution hubs within Nigeria. Estimated transit timelines are communicated inside your member dashboard only. Actual delivery timelines depend on factors including but not limited to factory production schedules, shipping carrier operations, port handling, and Nigerian Customs clearance. We are not liable for delays caused by regulatory authorities or force majeure events.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the platform to: (a) place fraudulent or fictitious orders; (b) resell your membership credentials; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform's payment infrastructure; (d) violate any applicable Nigerian federal or state laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Glahab Import Hub's maximum liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order allocation in dispute. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of material changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
